Junior (2009): OUTDOOR – Set PR of 23-1¼ in winning the long jump at season-ending Ken Foreman-Ken Shannon Invitational. ... Set a WWU Twilite Meet long jump record of with winning mark of 22-11. It was his second straight long jump title at that meet. ... Also won long jump at season-opening UPS Outdoor Preview (21-10), JD Shotwell Invitational (22-1½ ) and Pacific Lutheran Invitational (21-10¾). INDOOR –  Placed 2nd in long jump at GNAC (22-7). Shotwell title was his second straight. ... Earned an NCAA provisional qualifying and indoor PR mark of 23-2¾ in SPU Last Chance meet, hitting the standard right on. That was his best distance either indoors or outdoors.

Freshman (2007): OUTDOOR – Won long jump at Spike Arlt Invitational (22-3¾). ... Competed in two decathlons, scoring, 5,775 points at the Spring Forward Multi-Events in Bellingham, then placing 4th at the GNAC Multi-Events Championships with 5,568 points. ...
