SEATTLE -- Jocelyn Charette and Savanna Hanson each scored twice Saturday as the fourth-ranked Seattle Pacific women posted their largest margin of victory this season in a 7-0 rout of Northwest Nazarene at NNU Soccer Field.

Junior Maddie Dickinson (Vancouver, Wash./Skyview HS) made one save in the opening 45 minutes before being replaced at halftime. She played long enough to break the school record for scoreless goalkeeper minutes, extending to 863-minutes, 7-seconds the streak that began last year. Dickinson has not allowed a goal this season while playing 720 minutes between the posts.

Senior Jesslyn Rahm Kellerman (Eugene, Ore.) was credited with two saves during the second half, preserving the Falcons' 13th shutout.

The seven-goal margin was the Falcons' biggest since last year's visit to NNU when they won 9-0 on Oct. 29. They have a 22-0 scoring advantage over the last three meetings with the Crusaders and lead the all-time series 16-1.

Defending NCAA Division II champion SPU improved its season record to 13-1 and moved to 6-1 in Great Northwest Athletic Conference play. NNU dropped to 3-8-3 and 1-6 in conference contests.

Charette (Lakewood, Wash./Curtis HS) set the tone early, sneaking a low shot from the left side inside the far post just 43 seconds into the game.

She scored the fifth goal, at 49:41, off assists from sophomore Kelsey Jenkins (Kent, Wash./Kentwood HS) and junior Amanda Johnson (Duvall, Wash./Cedarcrest HS). Charette assisted on Hanson's second goal, a header off a corner kick at 56:57 that increased the Falcons' lead to 6-0.

A senior forward, Charette amassed three goals and two assists during the last two SPU games, including a goal and assist in Thursday's 2-0 win at Saint Martin's. She leads the team with eight goals.

Hanson (Centennial, Colo.) scored SPU's second goal less than two minutes after the first. She received a cross from Jenkins and sent an eight-yard strike into the NNU net at 2:29. Hanson has three goals this year.

The third goal came at 22:38 on a penalty kick by Taylor Sawyer (Gig Harbor, Wash./North Mason HS). The freshman defender has converted both of her attempts from the 12-yard spot. The penalty kick was awarded after an intentional hand ball was whistled on Jessie Cahill, who drew an automatic ejection that forced the Crusaders to play short-handed for the final 67 minutes.

Freshman Brittany Langdon (Irvine, Calif./Northwood HS) scored the final first-half goal, putting SPU ahead 4-0 at 37:43. She rebounded a deflected shot by teammate Brandi Hamre (Bremerton, Wash./Central Kitsap HS) and sent it in for her third goal of the season.

Megan Lindsay (Spokane, Wash./Gonzaga Prep HS), who assisted on the opening goal, capped the scoring at 59:01. She headed a cross from Janie Wurth (LaMirada, Calif.) inside the far post for the fourth goal of her freshman season.

Tanya Zickefoose had eight saves for the Crusaders, who were outshot by a 21-7 margin.

The Falcons have won 24 of their last 25 games, including the final 11 games of the 2008 campaign that culminated with a 1-0 overtime win over West Florida in the NCAA championship game.

The Seattle Pacific women return home to host Montana State Billings on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Kick-off is 7 p.m. at Interbay Stadium.
