Numbers and stats don't tell the whole story about an athlete. Sometimes, that story is more about how they do what they do – and more important, why they do it.

 

Each year, two Seattle Pacific seniors are given an opportunity to share what a career as a Falcon athlete has meant to them in a presentation known as Seniors in the Huddle.

 

Those talks typically are among the most anticipated moments of the year-end Athletic Awards Banquet.

 

However, since this year's banquet is not happening in person because of the pandemic, we invited our two speakers – Katherine Walter from women's cross country and track, and Gabe Colosimo from men's basketball – to share their thoughts on video.

 

So today, we are presenting Katherine's video. That will be followed on Thursday by Gabe's video.
