ABOUT THE FALCONS

• The Falcons fell to Simon Fraser and Western Washington last weekend.
• SPU is now 5-3 in the 2026 season, with a 2-2 GNAC record.
• The Falcons rank second in the GNAC in goals scored with 15 this season.
• Logann Dukes and Ashlyn Valdovinos lead the Falcons with three goals each in 2026.
  • Both are tied for fourth in the conference in goals scored this season.

• Sophie Hanay has five assists this season, the most of anyone on the team.

• Landry Schoennauer has been the primary goalkeeper for the Falcons this season.
  • She's faced 84 shots this season, making 20 saves, and has a goals-against average of 2.03.
• The Falcons were ranked 23^rd in the country in last week's Intercollegiate Women's Soccer Organization for Coaches National Poll.

FROM THE COACH
"After two weeks at home, including an awesome match during New Student Orientation this past week, we are ready to hit the road for a couple more fun matches," head coach Jason Rhine said. "NNU is 9-4 and coming off two big GNAC wins on the road.  They are always a fun team to compete with, and we look forward to flying out to Idaho to see them for the first time this year!  Then we turn around for a quick drive out to Ellensburg, which has produced some loud environments and really competitive matches throughout the past few years.  Central has been playing really well lately, and we feel it will be a great test for areas we have been working on as a team."

ABOUT THE FALCONS

• The Falcons extended their winning streak to four games after a convincing sweep of Montana State University Billings last Saturday.
  • The Falcons finished the match hitting .340 as a team, well ahead of MSU Billings' .059 mark.
  • Audra Rose led all players with 13 kills on 21 swings, adding four blocks.
  • Megan Omlid followed with 11 kills and seven digs.
  • Amaya Evans added seven kills and a team-high three total blocks.
  • Peyton Ensign ran the offense with 30 assists to go with three kills.
  • Christina Lopez paced the defense with 13 digs and two of the Falcons' four service aces.
  • Brooke Williams contributed four total blocks in two sets played.
  • Last Saturday's match was a part of SPU's New Student Orientation, as first-year Falcons packed Royal Brougham Pavilion to cheer on their volleyball team.

• Omlid (116) and Joslyn Greff (115) join Evans as Falcons with more than 100 kills this season.

• Lopez leads the Falcons with 21 service aces and 216 digs over 50 sets played this season.
• Rose is the Falcons leader in total blocks with 49.0 this season.
