Biography
SPU: One-year letterwinner.
Sophomore (2013): INDOOR – Did not compete. OUTDOOR – Scored in the javelin at GNAC with a career-best throw of 128-9 1/4 for a 5th-place finish. That was 13 feet, 2 1/4 inches better than her previous best of 115-7 on April 13 at ther War VI Northwest Scoring Clash in Spokane, was was nearly 20 feet farther than her season-opening 1-8-11 at the UPS Outdoor Preview on March 2. ... Focused on only the jav for the entire season.
Freshman (2012): INDOOR – Competed in one meet, doing the high jump at UW Indoor Preview. OUTDOOR – Did not compete.
Shorecrest High School: Won Washington state Class 3A high jump title as a sophomore in 2009, clearing a career-best 5-7. ... Went to state all four years in the high jump, three years in the long jump, and one year in the javelin. Also ran on a state-qualifying 4x200 relay as a freshman in 2008.
