Senior (2017): INDOOR – Cleared a 12-foot bar for the first time, indoors or outdoors, going 12-0 1/2 t claim third place at GNAC. That also made her an NCAA provisional qualifier. ... Best regular-season result was 11-10 3/4 at the UW Indoor Open on Feb. 12.   OUTDOOR – Placed 4th in pole vault at GNAC at 11-0 1/4. ... Won pole vault at season-opening Ed Boitano / Puget Sound Invitational in Tacoma on March 4 with a clearance of 10-11 3/4. ... Participated in eight meets.

Junior (2016): INDOOR – Won the GNAC pole vault title with a clearance of 11 feet, 6 3/4 inches. It came down to a tiebreaker between Kahns, who got over that bar on the first try, and Central Washington's McKenna Emmert, who didn't make it until her third attempt. ... Set a career-high of 11-6 1/2 at the UW Invitational on Jan. 29. ... Competed in five meets altogether.  OUTDOOR – Placed 2nd in GNAC pole vault at a height of 11-1 / 3.38m. ... OUTDOOR – Won GNAC pole vault title with a PR clearance of 11-9 3/4 (3.60m). That was her second PR of the day, as she made 11-5 3/4 on her third and final try, beating her previous best of 11-1. ... Opened the season at 10-6 in the Puget Sound Invitational on March 7, then got over 11 feet for the fist time by going 11-0 3/4 at the Beach Invitational o April 18.
 
Freshman (2014):  INDOOR – Participated in only the UW Indoor Preview.  OUTDOOR – Participated in four meets, including the GNAC Championships, where she cleared 10 feet for the first time, going 10-0 ½ in the wind, rain, and cold at Western Oregon to become part of a three-way tie for third place that included Falcons teammate Madi Webster.
                                                     
Burlington-Edison High School: Placed 5th at district in the pole vault and 7th at district in the 100-meter dash as a senior in 2013. Her pole vault clearance of 10-7 was 7 inches higher than she had ever gone. ... During the 2013 regular season, set PRs in the 100-meter dash (13.11) and 200 meters (28.63). ... She tried it out as the behest of her coach, and wound up doing sprints and pole vault for two years. ...
