Senior (2017): INDOOR – Placed 25th in the mile at GNAC (4:50.15). ... Ran in three meets, focusing on the mile in all three.
OUTDOOR – Placed 19th in the 10,000 meters at GNAC (34:23.77). That was a PR by almost five seconds, his previous best being 34;28.58 at the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational in Bellingham on April 29, his first 10K for the Falcons. ... Set a PR of 4:18.10 in the 1500 at the Doris Heritage Distance Festival in West Seattle on March 25, then was even faster at the Ken Shannon Invitational at Husky Track on May 6, going 4:17.78. ... Posted a PR of 9:27.89 in the 3000 meters on April 22 at the Spike Arlt Invitational in Ellensburg. ...
