Senior (2017): Ran in all six meets, scoring in four of them, including NCAA West Regionals (No. 5 for SPU, 152nd overall). ... Placed No. 6 for Falcons and 70th overall at GNAC Championships with his best-ever Lake Padden 8K time of 27:32.03. ... Finished No. 2 for the team and 3rd overall to help Falcons win a season-opening dual meet against Northwest University. ... Also scored as the No. 5 team finisher at Charles Bowles Invite (60th overall in a course PR time of 26:36.3) and at Western Washington Classic (62nd overall with a course PR 33:54.8). ... Ran his first-ever Sundodger, placing No. 6 for team and 117th (out of 217 finishers) overall.
Junior (2016): Ran in two meets. Placed 6th for SPU (68th overall) at Humboldt State Invite on Sept. 10, and 7th for team (91st overall) at GNAC on Oct. 22 at Lake Padden.
Sophomore (2015): Ran in three meets, scoring in two of them. ... Was No. 5 for the Falcons (69th overall) at the GNAC Championships with a time of 27:44.30 at Bellingham's Lake Padden Park. ... Placed No. 6 for the team (130th overall) at the NCAA West Regionals, with a 10K time of 33:36.07 at Western Oregon. ... Only regular-season meet was the Charles Bowles Invitational, running No. 4 on SPU and 71st overall.
