5th Year (2021): INDOOR – Eligibility complete.  OUTDOOR – Capped her career with a pair of solid races at GNAC, placing 2nd in both the 3000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best time of 11 minutes, 12.99 seconds, and in the 5000 meters (18:07.23). ... Ran the steeple for the first time at the Peyton-Shotwell Invitational on April 24 in Tacoma, clocking 11:57.59, good for 2nd place. Just one week later at the Buc Scoring Invite in Spokane, cut 20 seconds off that time, finishing 3rd in 11:37.53. 

Senior (2020): INDOOR – Ran in four meets. … Won the GNAC 3000 meters, her first conference crown in any of the three running seasons, posting a personal-best and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 9 minutes, 47.88 seconds, outsprinting teammate Dania Holmberg to the finish line by seven hundredths of a second. … Also placed 4th in the mile in 5:05.91, and ran the 1200-meter leadoff leg on the 2nd-place distance medley relay. … Posted an NCAA provisional time of 17:23.92 in the 5000 meters at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview.  OUTDOOR – Ran in the 800 meters at the season-opening Ed Boitano / Puget Sound Invitational, placing 2nd in 2:22.91. … Rest of the season canceled because of the Coronavirus.

Junior (2019): INDOOR – Placed 12th in the mile at the NCAA Championships, clocking 4:54.79. ... Put herself in prime position to make nationals with a personal-best 4:52.21 at the SPU Final Qualifier on Feb. 23. That was nearly four seconds faster than the 4:56.96 she ran for 2nd place at the GNAC Championships just one week earlier, and took her from 29th on the national qualifying list all the way up to 15th. ... Sophomore (2018): INDOOR – Ran the 1200-meter leadoff leg on the distance medley relay at the NCAA D2 Championships, followed by Lani Taylor, Chynna Phan, and Mary Charleson for an All-American 5th-place finish in 11:31.69. Also ran the leadoff leg at the SPU Final Qualifer on Feb. 24 when that same foursome ran 11:39.11, going from on the bubble to effectively clinching a spot at nationals. ... Placed 6th in the mile at GNAC in 5:05.18, and 12th in the 3000 in 10:33.03. ... Ran the mile in each of her four meets. OUTDOOR – Placed 10th in the 1500 at NCAA nationals, coming across the line in 4:30.49. Ran a PR of 4:30.11 in the preliminaries, coming from the No. 23 seed (among 24 entries) to out-lean Darroneshia Lott of Coker (S.C.) by nine-hundredths of a second at the wire to grab a wild-card spot into the finals as the No. 11 seed. Then, she moved up one more place in the finals. ...
