Senior (2021): INDOOR – Season canceled.  OUTDOOR – Won three individual events and ran on both winning relays at the GNAC Championships. ... Got a head start on the conference meet by capturing the heptathlon title for the second time, this one with a tally of 4,903 points. Factored into that total were victories i the 100 hurdles on Day 1, then the long jump and javelin on Day 2. It was the ninth heptathlon and fourth title of her career. ... At the full meet the following week, won the long jump with a leap of 19 feet, 7½ inches. The next day, came back and ran the second leg on the victorious 4-by-100 relay, won the 100-meter hurdles and broke the 14-second mark for the first time ever (13.97), placed third in the 100-meter dash, then ran the third leg on the winning 4-by-400 relay. ... Altogether, had a hand in 56 of SPU's title-winning total of 208 points: 36 by herself and 20 more as part of the two relays. ... Sophomore (2019): INDOOR – Placed 2nd in the long jump (18-11 3/4, an indoor PR), 3rd in the 60-meter hurdles (8.80) and 3rd in the 60-meter dash (7.78) at the GNAC Championships. ... Started the season by winning the long jump at the UW Indoor Preview with a mark of 18-10 3/4. That made her SPU's first winner at that meet since 2010 and put her onto the NCAA provisional qualifying list. ... Scored a PR of 3,305 points in the pentathlon at the Cougar Indoor in Pullman, an NCAA provisional total. Won the 60 hurdles portion in 8.77, then tied her career-best of 4-7 1/2 in the high jump and set PRs of 31-0 in the shot put (her first time beyond 30 feet) and 2:33.33 in the 800 meters.  OUTDOOR – Placed 3rd in the long jump (18-7), third in the 100-meter hurdles (14.41), 5th in the 100-meter dash (12.30) at the GNAC Championships. ...
