Reason she chose SPU: "I decided to attend SPU becasue of the emphasis set on the importance of academics, whether or not you are an athlete. Every player in the program expressed this to me, as well, which immediately stood out to me. Aside from academics, the success of the women's soccer program was very attractive to me. Every player was committed to the team and to each other, and they were always finding ways to push each other and make those around them better, all while thriving academically. The program is centered around faith, which was a must-have for me in a collegiate sport."
