SPU: Four-year letterwinner.

Senior (2011): INDOOR – Did not compete. OUTDOOR – Placed 4th in the javelin at GNAC Championships (184-0). ... Competed exclusively in the javelin in nine other meets prior to GNAC, with a top placing of 2nd at the Western Washington Not-So-Twilite on April 23.

Junior (2010): INDOOR -- Part of 5th-place 4x400 relay team at GNAC Championships. ... Set indoor PRs in 200 meters and 400 meters. OUTDOOR – Switched from sprinting to throwing, and became a top-flight javellin competitor, placing 5th at GNAC Championships.

Sophomore (2009): OUTDOOR – Set PR of 105-4 in discus at Pacific Lutheran University Invitational. ... The following week, set PR of 34-11¼ in shot put at Western Washington Twilite.

Freshman (2008): OUTDOOR – Only SPU athlete to run the 400 meters, logging a 58.11 at Husky Preview.
