SPU: One-year letterwinner.

Freshman (2011): INDOOR – Ran 18th in mile and ran on 7th-place 4000 distance medley relay team at GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR – Placed 7th in the 1,500 at GNAC Championships (3:57.81). ... Won 1,500 at Spike Arlt Invitational on April 16 (4:06.87) and at Saint Martin's Invitational on April 30, breaking the 4:00 barrier for the first time (3:57.50).

San Marcos High School: Qualified for the CIF Southern Section cross country finals as a senior in 2009, and qualified for Southern Section prelims all four years. ... Also qualified for Southern Section prelims in track in 2009 and 2010, and for finals in track in 2010.
