Was 76th overall at Sundodger in 26:12.25. ... Ran No. 2 for the team and 52nd at the Charles Bowles Invitational in 26:37.87. ... Placed 31st overall at the GNAC Championships, clocking 26:36.70 at Lake Padden Park in Bellingham as the first SPU runner across the line. ... Set the team's pace again in the NCAA West Regionals at Western Oregon, placing 99th in 32:34.11 for 10 kilometers. 

Freshman (2014): Scored in all five meets. ... Started his career with a second-place finish (59th overall) at Sundodger in 26:29. ... Ran No. 3 for SPU at Emerald City Invitational, and No. 4 in three other meets, including the GNAC Championships. Was 75th overall at GNAC in 28:23.

Kamiak High School: Ran in the Class 4A (large school) Washington state meet three straight years. Capped his career with a personal-best finish of 92nd as a senior in 2013, crossing the finish line in 16:41.77. That was a 50-second improvement from his junior season (128th place) and was more than a full minute faster than what he ran as a sophomore (17:46.4 and 137th place). ... Set a 5K personal-best time of 16:26 in 2013 at the Hole in the Wall Invitational. ... Placed an all-time best of 12th in the Wesco conference meet in 2013.
