SPU:  First season of cross country. … Ran four track meets as a freshman in 2020 (all indoors), racing the 800 in three of them and the mile in one. … Placed 20th in the 800 at the GNAC Indoor Championships.

Freshman (2020-21): Did not compete.

Lake Washington High School: Set a cross country 5000-meter personal-best time of 16 minutes, 59.6 seconds at the Class 3A Kingco Conference championship meet as a senior in 2018. That gave him 10th place – his first career top-10 finish in postseason competition. … During his senior season on the track in 2019, placed third in the 800 meters at Kingco in a PR of 2:01.92. That was his best-ever placing in any postseason track event.
