Finished No. 3 for the team in all three regular-season meets, with a highest individual placing of 65th at the Emerald City Open on Oct. 12.  ... Was No. 4 for the team and 64th overall at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 24 at Sudden Valley. ... Ran his first sub 27-minute 8K on Sept. 28 at the Bill Roe WWU Classic at Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale, coming across the finish line in 26:56.4.

Freshman (2023):  Ran in all six meets, scoring in five of them. … Was No. 4 for the team in both postseason races: 62nd overall at the GNAC Championships in Anchorage on Oct. 21, and 132nd at the NCAA West Regionals in Monmouth on Nov. 4. … Made his college debut on Sept. 2 at the Puget Sound Invitational in Steilacoom, placing No. 3 for the Falcons and 33rd overall. … Two weeks later on Sept. 16 at the PLU Open in Tacoma, finished his first college 8K race in 27:11.70, scoring No. 4 for SPU and 43rd overall.

Mead High School:  Placed 22nd at the Class 3A (medium-large school) Washington state meet as a senior in 2022 with a time of 16:30.3 for 5000 meters, helping the team take home the 3rd-place trophy. ...
