5th Year (2023):  INDOOR – Won his second consecutive GNAC triple jump title, this one with a mark of 48 feet even. ... Also placed 5th in the long jump at GNAC with an indoor personal-best distance of 22-7 1/4. ... Got onto the NCAA provisional qualifying list in the triple jump at the season-opening Spokane Invitational by going 47-3 1/2. ... Went a season-best 48-11 at the UW's Ken Shannon Invitational on Feb. 24, placing him 24th on the national qual list.  OUTDOOR – Made the NCAA Division II nationals in the triple jump for the second straight year, placing 13th at 48-5 1/2. ... Won his second GNAC crown in that event, and it came down to a tiebreaker. Njeri and Western Washington's Seren Dances both had a best mark of 48-4 1/2. Njeri got the crown on the basis of his second-best jump of 48-1 1/4, while Dances has a second-best mark of 46-10 1/4. ... But that wasn't all. Senior (2022):  INDOOR – Won the triple jump at the GNAC Championships with a mark of 46 feet, 10 1/4 inches. That made him the holder of the indoor and outdoor crowns simultaneously. ... Also placed 3rd in the long jump at 22-5 1/4, and 7th in the 60-meter dash in 7.15. ... In the 60 preliminaries, his own school record with his time of 7.00. Initially set that record on Feb. 12 on that same straightaway inside The Podium... At the season-opening Spokane Invitational on Dec. 11, 2021, went 49-0 3/4 in the triple to get onto the NCAA provisional qualifying list, and taking second place in what was The Podium's inaugural meet . ... Junior (2021):  INDOOR – Season canceled.  OUTDOOR – Won the GNAC triple jump title with an NCAA provisional-qualifying leap of 48 feet, 7 1/4 inches. That was the first men's triple jump title in program history, and was Njeri's first PNQ. ... Also placed 6th in the long jump at GNAC, going 22-2 1/4. ... Broke the 48-foot mark in the triple jump for the first time with a mark of 48-0 1/2 in the Buc Scoring Invitational at Whitworth on April 30. ... Set a PR of 22-4 1/4 in the long jump on April 24 in the Peyton-Shotwell Invitational at Puget Sound. ... Missed the first month of the season with an injury, making his debut in the dual meet against Seattle University on April 9, and won the long jump at 20-4 1/2. ... Won the long jump twice and the triple jump twice during the regular season. ... Participated in six meets.

Sophomore (2020):  INDOOR – Participated in seven meets, the most of anyone on the team. … Scored in three events at the GNAC Championships, topped by a 3rd-place finish in the triple jump with a personal-best and NCAA provisional-qualifying leap of 47 feet, 8 inches. That was more than a full foot farther than his previous best of 46-4 set at the Husky Classic in Seattle on Feb. 15. … Placed 4^th in the GNAC 60 hurdles in 8.41 seconds. Went even faster in the prelims with a PR of 8.33. … That was one of his two PRs on the first day of the meet. The other one was in the long jump at 22-3½, good for 7^th place. His previous best was 22-1¼ from his freshman season in 2019 at Wingate University in North Carolina. It also was nearly a full foot farther than his 21-5¼ on the same runway in Nampa at the Jackson’s / Nike Boise Invitational on Feb. 7. … Also did the 60-meter dash in one meet and the 400 dash in one meet.  OUTDOOR – Won the 400 hurdles and led off the winning 4-by-400 relay at the season-opening Ed Boitano / Puget Sound Invitational. Went 57.97 seconds in the hurdles, and teamed with Julius Shepherd, Reed Adjibly, and Brayden Schultz for a 3:34.70 in the relay. … Rest of the season canceled because of the coronavirus.

Wingate (Freshman, 2019): INDOOR –  Made his college debut by going 22 feet, 1½ inches in the long jump and 8.93 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the JDL Early Bird Duals. ... His initial triple jump effort resulted in a 2nd-place finish with a leap of 45-0½ at the Gamecock Inaugural. ... Placed 7th in the triple at 45-4¼, 9th in the 60 hurdles at 8.66, and 10th in the long jump at 21-4 3/4 at the South Atlantic Conference Championships. The triple jump and hurdles marks were PRs.  OUTDOOR – Focused primarily on the long jump and triple jump. ... Placed 8th in the triple with an outdoor PR of 43-1 3/4, and 18th in the long (20-9) at the South Atlantic Championships. ... His initial outdoor long jump was 22-2½ at the Adidas Winthrop University Invitational. That stood as his best mark for the rest of the season.
