Sophomore (2025):  INDOOR – Ran his first college indoor meet, racing in the 800 at the season-opening Spokane Invitational on Dec. 14 with a time of 2:05.51. ... Did not compete in any other meets.   OUTDOOR – Raced in seven meets. ... Ran the second leg on the 7th-place 4x400 relay at the GNAC Championships. ... Broke the two-minute mark in the 800 for the first time with a 1:59.33 at the Whitworth Peace Meet on April 4. ... Ran his first college 1500 on April 19 at the CWU Wildcat Invitational, clocking 4:21.06.

Redshirt freshman (2024):  INDOOR – Did not compete.  OUTDOOR – Ran in six meets. … Did the 800 in three of those, recording a personal-best 2:03.08 on April 27 at the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational in Bellingham.

Nathan Hale High School: Went to the Class 3A state track meet for the first time as a senior in 2022, running the third leg on Hale's 4-by-400 relay team that placed 20th. ... Recorded his first individual high school victory when he won the 800 meters in a quad meet against Ballard, Eastside Catholic, and West Seattle early in the 2022 season. ... Later in that same season, won the 1600 once and the 3200 once. ...
