Senior (2023);  INDOOR – Led off the 4-by-400 relay at the GNAC Championships that placed 3rd in 3 minutes, 20.86 seconds. breaking the 20-year-old school record of 3:21.25 that had stood since 2003. Was followed with the baton by Evan Carpenter, Jeff Gordon, and Isaiah Archer, as they became the first Falcon foursome to make the awards stand since the GNAC began sponsoring indoor track in 2004. ... Also placed 14th in the 200 and 11th in the 400 at GNAC, the latter in a personal-best time of 50.31. ... Ran in three regular-sesaon meets, doing the 200, 400, and 4-by-400 in all three.  OUTDOOR – Ran the third leg on the 4-by-100 relay that placed 2nd at the GNAC Championships, teaming up with David Njeri, Jeff Gordon, and Isaiah Archer for a time of 42.35. ... Came into the year with a best of 23.57, then went 23.18 at the UW Indoor Preview, and broke 23 at the UW Invitational on Jan. 29, going 22.88 to place 11th. ... That same afternoon at the UW Invite, set an indoor PB in the 400 dash at 51.14.  OUTDOOR – Ran on two scoring relays at GNAC. Was the second leg on the 6th-place 4-by-400, and the third leg on the 7th-place 4-by-100. ... Took 14th in the 400 hurdles at GNAC. ... Also placed 10th in the 400 hurdles at GNAC. ... Set PRs in the 400 hurdles for two meets in a row. Came into the season with a best of 59.53 from the 2020 Ed Boitano Invitational, the only meet of his freshman year before the pandemic shut down everything. Lowered that to 58.05 in the Petyon-Shotwell Invitational at Puget Sound on April 24 (same oval as te Boitano Invite), then clocked 56.73 in the Buc Scoring Invite at Whitworth on April 30. ... Recorded his first individual college victory by getting to the finish line first in the 400-meter dash in a dual meet against Seattle University on April 9, stopping the watch in 52.37 seconds. ... Ran a PR 22.62 in the 200 at the CWU Wildcat Invite on April 17. ... Ran his first college 100-meter dash that same day, going 11.40. ... Set a PR of 50.62 in the 400 dash in the Ken Shannon Invitational at Husky Track on May 7.

Freshman (2020):  INDOOR – Ran in four meets. … Placed 12th in the 400-meter dash at the GNAC Championships with a PR of 52.09 seconds. … Ran the 400-meter leg on the 7th-place distance medley relay at GNAC. … Ran the 200 twice and the 400 in two other meets.  OUTDOOR – Ran the second leg on the winning 4-by-400 relay at the season-opening Ed Boitano / Puget Sound Invitational, teaming with David Njeri, Reed Adjibly, and Brayden Schulez for a time of 3 minutes, 34.70 seconds. … Also placed 4th in the 400 hurdles in 59.53.

Vanden High School: Reached the San Joaquin Sectionals in the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles as a junior in 2018 and again as a senior in 2019. Best finish was 7th in the 300s as a senior. ... Ran the second leg on Vanden's 4-by-400 relay that placed 14th at the California state meet in 2019.
