Freshman (2017): INDOOR – Placed 16th in the 400 (52.61) and 22nd in the 200 (a PR of 23.57) at GNAC. ... Led off the 5th-place 4x400 relay at GNAC, followed by Jesse Phan, David McLeod, and Justin Ramsey for a time of 3:24.29. ... Set a 400-meter PR of 52.55 at the UW Indoor Open on Feb. 12. ... Competed in three meets. OUTDOOR – Led off the 8th-place 4x400 relay at GNAC, followed by Jesse Phan, Peyton Harris, and Justin Ramsey for a time of 3:27.63. Those four also ran that race in two other meets, with a best time of 3:23.12 at the Ken Shannon Invitational in Seattle on May 6. ... Teamed with David Choi, Peyton Harris, and Brysten James to win the 4x400 relay on March 25 at the Doris Heritage Distance Festival in West Seattle. ... Ran in seven meets, doing the 200 six times and the 400 six times. Set PRs in both of those races at the Spike Arlt Invitational in Ellensburg on April 22, going 23.59 and 50.80, respectively.
