Reason she chose SPU: "I really love the location of the school -- it's far enough away from home to feel as if' I'm 'going off to college and being in a new place,' but is close enough for a weekend trip home. SPU also has a great program for my major, and I got straight admittance into the nursing program, which is hard to turn down. Along with that, the soccer program here is all-around amazing, and I really wanted to be part of the family culture here and play at the next high, competitive level of soccer. SPU perfectly checked all the boxes for me as a college that suited me in location, academics, and sports."
