Junior (2025):  INDOOR – Ran two meets. ... Set a personal best of 5:20.43 in the mile at the UW Mile City meet on Jan. 18. ... Ran the 5000 at the season-opening Spokane Invitational on Dec. 14.   OUTDOOR – Scored her first GNAC team point as an individual by placing 8th in the 3000 steeplechase with a personal-best time of 11:14.11. That was her third PB of the season in that event. Came into the year with a best of 11:46.15 as a freshman in 2023 and never broke 12 minutes in 2024. Started off with an 11:31.39 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic on April 4, then went 11:28.51 at the Pee Wee Halsell Invitational on April 25 before going even faster at GNAC. ... In her first outdoor meet of the year, clocked a PB of 4:52.88 in the 1500 at the PLU Open on March 8. ... Set a PB of 18:21.22 in the 5000 at the UBC Open on March 29.

Sophomore (2024):  INDOOR – Ran in just one meet, going a personal-best 5:32.51 in the mile at the UW Invitational / Mile City meet on Jan. 27.  OUTDOOR – Placed 16th in the 3000 steeplechase at the GNAC Championships on May 10 in Ellensburg. … Was 3rd in the steeple – her highest-ever finish in any event – at the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational in Bellingham on April 27, clocking 12:24.70. … Ran in seven meets.

Freshman (2023):  INDOOR – Ran the 1600-meter anchor leg on the 8th-place 4000 distance medley relay at the GNAC Championships, joined by Maya Ewing, Marissa Crane, and Charisma Smith for a time of 13:05.29. ... Also placed 19th in the mile in 5;36.90. ... Made her college debut with a 17th-place finish in the 3000 at the season-opening Spokane Invitational on Dec. 10.  OUTDOOR – Finished 15th in the 3000 steeplechase at GNAC in 12:34.18. ... Ran a personal-best 2:28.39 in the 800 meters to take 6th place at the Doris Heritage Track Festival in Renton on March 18. At that same meet, ran her first outdoor mile, taking 5th in 5;23.69. ...
