Senior (2014): INDOOR – Ran in six meets, focusing on the 60-meter dash, 200, and 400. ... Won the 400 in in a personal-best and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 57.00, and led off the victorious 4x400 relay at GNAC Championships, with Tasia Baldwin, Jasmine Johnson, and McKayla Fricker following her on the relay for a time of 3:51.94. Also placed 3rd in the 200 at GNAC in a PR of 25.18. ... That same relay foursome went even faster one week later on March 1 at the SPU Final Qualifier, clocking 3:48.40 that ultimately was the 13th-fastest time in Division II, although falling one spot short of returning to nationals.  OUTDOOR – Was the leadoff runner on the 4x400 relay at the NCAA Championships, teaming with Johnson, Baldwin, and BryAnne Wochnick for a 12th-place finish in 3:46.30. ... Added the GNAC outdoor 400 title to her indoor championship at that distance, stopping the watch in a personal-best 56.54 seconds. Also ran the leadoff leg on the winning 4x400 relay, followed by Wochnick, Baldwin, and McKayla Fricker, with a final time of 3:50.05. ... Junior (2013): INDOOR – Ran the leadoff leg on the 6th-place 4x400 relay at NCAA Division II Championships on March 9 in Birmingham, Ala., as she, Emily Quatier, Jasmine Johnson and McKayla Fricker moved all the way up from the 14th and final seed to finish in a school-record time of 3:46.34. That same foursome was 2nd at GNAC on Feb. 16 in 3:48.91 to get onto the NCAA provisional qualifying list and break the 13-year-old school record of 3:50.01. ... Placed 2nd in the 60-meter dash and 2nd in the 200 at the GNAC Championships. ... Led off the 3rd-place distance medley relay at GNAC. ... Ran a PR and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 7.73 seconds in the preliminary heats of the 60 at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 12 – her very first race of the season. OUTDOOR – Ran the leadoff leg on the All-American 7th-place 4x400 relay at NCAA Outdoor Championships on May 26 in Pueblo, Colo., joining Emily Quatier, McKayla Fricker, and Jasmine Johnson to finish in 3:43.40. That made them the first-ever GNAC All-American outdoor relay for either women or men. ... That same foursome won the GNAC title in 3:44.11. ... Ran the anchor leg on the GNAC-winning 4x100 relay, combining with BryAnne Wochnick, Ali Worthen, and Tasia Baldwin for a time of 46.77 seconds that set a new meet record, overall conference record, and school record. It was the second week in a row they had broken the school record, first doing it on May 4 at the Shannon-Foreman Invitational with a 46.90. The previous mark was 46.91, set in 1996. ... Sophomore (2012): INDOOR – Won the 60-meter dash at GNAC Championships in 7.80 seconds -- barely shy of her career-best 7.79 set in the previous night's preliminaries, a time that was just .04 away from NCAA provisional. ... Ran the second leg on the winning 4x400 relay at GNAC. ... Placed second in 200 at GNAC in a PR time of 25.28. Ran the 400 in one meet. OUTDOOR – Anchored the 4x100 relay that won GNAC title in a meet-record 47.22 seconds. ... Placed 3rd in 100 and 6th in 200 at GNAC Championships. ... Decided to run the 400 hurdles for the first time in her career at the Club Northwest Spring Break Open on March 24, and immediately posted a GNAC automatic qualifying time of 1:04.68. Rogers (Puyallup) High School: Won Washington state Class 4A championships in the 100 and 400, and was part of the state-title 4x200 relay team as a senior in 2010.
