That was a 22-second drop from her previous best of 18:51.51. … Also placed 9th in the 3000 meters, clocking 10:36.62. … Set a 3K personal best on Feb 9 at Portland Indoor One, going 10:14.65 – a drop of almost 34 seconds from her old mark of 10:48.37. … Ran the mile at the SPU Final Qualifier, coming across in a PR of 5:09.46, well below her old mark of 5:19.34. OUTDOOR – Placed 3rd in the 1500 at the season-opening Ed Boitano / Puget Sound Invitational in 4:58.29. … Rest of the season canceled because of the coronavirus.
Junior (2019): INDOOR – Scored two crucial team points with a 7th-place finish in the 5000 meters at GNAC (18:53.07), and that helped the Falcons edge Central Washington by four points for the crown. ... Ran just one other race during the season, competing in the mile at the UW Indoor Open on Feb. 11. OUTDOOR – Scored at GNAC with a 7th-place finish in the 10,000, stopping the watch in 39:36.76. ... Ran distances ranging from 800 to 10,000 during the season.
Freshman (2017): INDOOR – Placed 16th in the mile at GNAC in 5:29.46. ... Did the 3000 at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 14, coming across the line in 10:48.83. ... Only other meet was the UW Indoor Open on Feb. 12, in which she posted her best mile time of the year (5:19.64).  OUTDOOR – Placed 12th in the 10,000 meters at GNAC in 39:39.61. ... Put herself onto the GNAC qualifying list by clocking 38:51.04 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 31. ... Also ran the 1500 four times, the 3000 once, and the 5000 twice.
Bella Vista High School:Â Made the San Joaquin Section Masters Finals in the 3200 all four years, finishing 15th as a freshman and senior. ... Ran in the California state cross country meet as a freshman, sophomore, and senior. Best placing was 52nd as a freshman in 2012 with a time of 19 minutes, 12 seconds for 5 kilometers, a time she matched as a sophomore in 2013. ...
