Colleen Hannigan
Molly Langdon"We ran a 6-2 (offensive system) and just felt it was worth giving it a shot," Johnson said. "Molly and Colleen have been doing a great job in practice, and Symone still has a sore back. So we said, 'You know what, let's give this a try.' Colleen did a good job. She didn't hit for a great percentage, but I liked having her in there – she's a very calming presence. And Molly is doing a very good job setting, especially connecting with our middles."
Caitlin Hanson slammed nine kills for Alaska Anchorage (20-2, 12-2 GNAC).
The Seawolves hit .288 for the night (45 kills-13 errors-111 attacks), including .424 in the first game (17-3-33) and .275 in the second (16-5-40). Seattle Pacific hit .165 (35-17-109) and was exceptionally solid in the opening game at .312 (14-4-32).
