LACEY, Wash. – Five different members of the Seattle Pacific University men's soccer team scored on Saturday, highlighted by a hat trick for
Brady Fendrich, as the Falcons overwhelmed Saint Martin's 8-1.

"The guys were fantastic today," head coach
Kevin Sakuda said. "It took a bit to get the first one, but after that we were clinical in front of goal."
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons and the Saints played to a 0-0 tie in the first half of Saturday's match.
- Isaac Ketcham found the back of the net in the 52nd minute, thanks to an assist from Sebastian Rangel.
- The Saints answered in the 57th minute with a goal from Jonathan Wright.
- Orlando Erazo had a pair of goals, with the first coming in the 58th minute.
- Erazo's second goal happened in the 72nd minute and was assisted by Brady Fendrich.
- Lukas Shriner scored for SPU in the 76th minute to give the Falcons a 4-1 advantage.
- Fendrich scored in the 78th minute off another assist from Rangel.
- Harper Sabari made the score 6-1 when Silvester Vallejo assisted his goal.
- Fendrich closed out the offensive outburst with goals in the 84th minute, and then another one 53 seconds later.
- The Falcons routed the Saints 8-1.

- Fendrich scored a game-high three goals for the Falcons.
- Erazo led the group with four shots on goal and scored twice for SPU.
- Ketcham, Shriner, and Sabari scored one goal each.
- Rangel had a game-high two assists for the Falcons.
- Brian Lanier made the start in goal for the Falcons, playing 79:38.
- Mitchell Wilson played the final 10 minutes in goal for SPU.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Fendrich's hat trick was the first for the Falcons since Raymundo Mendez on Nov. 4, 2023, in a 3-3 draw with Western Oregon.
- The last time the Falcons scored eight goals in a game was against Saint Martin's on Oct. 19, 2024.
