SEATTLE – The Seattle Pacific University men's basketball team featured a balanced offensive attack against Douglas College on Friday night, with 12 players scoring, including five Falcons in double-figures, helping the Falcons cruise to a 96-60 victory over the Royals.

"I thought our guys were excited to play one last game before break," head coach
Keffrey Fazio said. "Our team works extremely hard day in and day out, and to get guys an opportunity to play extended minutes tonight that haven't played much yet was great to see. I loved our bench and their energy towards our team tonight."
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first 6:21 belonged to the Falcons, as they opened the game with a 29-8 run against the Royals.
- The Falcons went 12-for-14 from the field during that stretch, including four made 3-pointers.
- Trace Evans kick-started the SPU offense, scoring nine points during that span.
- SPU closed out the final 5:16 of the first half on a 16-6 run.
- The Falcons took a 54-27 lead into halftime.
- The beginning of the second half looked like the first, with the Falcons outscoring the Royals 29-12 over 10:30.
- Evans, Aengus Sutherland, and Misra scored six points each for the Falcons during that run.
- Cole Holum knocked down a jumper with 6:40 left to play, giving the Falcons an 87-46 lead.
- SPU went on to take the game 96-60.
