ELLENSBURG, Wash. – Seattle Pacific turned in a record-setting and podium-filled performances Saturday, highlighted by
Tawaf Aboudou's school-record 100-meter dash, a new men's 4x100-meter relay program record, and a pair of field event victories to lead the Falcons on both the men's and women's sides.

"We had a great day in Ellensburg," head coach Karl Lerum said. "It is a big day when we see a school record fall and today, we had two. We have a talented group who are hungry to improve."
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tawaf Aboudou finished second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.57.
- Aboudou earned an event win in the long jump with a mark of 22-06.26.
- He also picked up a win in the triple jump with a mark of 46-09.
- Robert Joshua, Aboudou, Justin Brooks and Ben Rojas team up for a second-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 41.46.
- Joshua added a second-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a 21.69.
- Nathan Korth ran the 800-meters in 1:59.40, earning a third-place finish in the event.
- Mikel Saxon cleared 14-09.5 in pole vault, earning a second-place finish in the event.
- Hannah Chang won the 100-meter hurdles with a 14.04.
- Jada Sarrys finished fifth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.14.
- Sarrys finished third in the 200-meter dash with a 25.11.
- Brooke Mosby grabbed a second-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.82.
- Ayala Pontius, Mosby, Chang, and Sarrys teamed up to take second place in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 46.96.
- Lysandra Plant took third the javeline with a throw of 114-06.
- Pontius grabbed fourth in the event with a time of 111-07.
BEYOND THE RESULTS
- Aboudou's 100-meter time of 10.57 set a new program record, beating his own time of 10.66 set on March 20-21 at the OSU PNW Invite.
- Joshua, Aboudou, Brooks, and Rojas broke the school record in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 41.46.
- The group took down the previous record of 41.6, set in 1968.
- Chang's time in the 100-meter hurdles was a season's best.
