Seattle Pacific University women's volleyball head coach Jason Rhine announced the addition of Lexi Hogan to the Falcons' coaching staff, bringing NCAA Division I playing experience a long with coaching experience to the program.

She continued her playing career at Wichita State University from 2019-21, competing at the NCAA Division I level while earning her bachelor's degree.

Hogan has spent the past six seasons coaching with Shockwave Volleyball Academy, where she has worked with athletes of various ages and skill levels to develop their abilities, confidence, and passion for the game. During the 2024-25 season, she helped lead the 15 Black team to a seventh-place finish at the AAU National Championships.

In 2023, Hogan served as an assistant coach at Maize South High School, helping guide the program to a third-place finish at the KSHSAA 5A State Tournament, the best finish in school history. She then served as the head coach at Augusta High School during the 2024-25 season.
Hogan is passionate about developing the whole athlete and believes some of the most important lessons in volleyball extend beyond the court. She emphasizes building strong relationships, fostering a competitive, positive team culture, and helping student-athletes grow as leaders in the classroom, on the court, and in life.

Hogan is excited to join the Seattle Pacific community and contribute to the continued success of the Falcon volleyball program.
"Even beyond the court, Lexi is known for her exceptional work ethic and high character, Rhine added. "I look forward to seeing the countless ways she can serve as a role model and mentor to our athletes as they learn and grow while a part of SPU volleyball."
