Donald Rollman

Rollman joined the Falcons in July of 2023 as the program's lead assistant.

Rollman joins the Falcons after four years at the helm of Peninsula College. Rollman's tenure with the Pirates began with success, as the team earned a spot in the NWAC Basketball Championship Tournament in his first year. In total, Rollman was on staff for five consecutive trips to the NWAC Tournament.

The program racked up 56 wins over four years. The Pirates were stout defensively, ranking inside the top 10 in points allowed per game for three straight seasons. They allowed the fewest points per game in the league in 2020-21 (70.0) and 2022-23 (66.5). The team also got it done on the glass under Rollman. The Pirates were a top-five team in rebounding margin in the NWAC over the last three seasons.

Before Peninsula, Rollman served as assistant men's basketball coach and strength and conditioning coach at Olympic College in Bremerton, Wash. He helped develop and move student-athletes onto all levels of college basketball. He also served as Bainbridge Roots AAU coach for sixth and ninth-grade AAU boy's teams for three years, and a spring high school player development and tournament coach for Bainbridge High School.

Rollman played soccer at Olympic College. After receiving his Associate of Arts degree, he'd move on to Great Northwest Athletic Conference Member Central Washington University. Rollman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from CWU. He'd go on to Concordia University Irvine, where he'd collect a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration and Coaching.
