Seattle Pacific University Athletics

Kin Yun is beginning his eighth season at Seattle Pacific.
 
Yun is a native of Quincy, Mass., and graduated from Rivier College in Nashua, N.H., with a business administration degree in 2004.
 
As a player for Rivier, an NCAA Division III school, Yun could put the ball down or set it up. He was the first player in school history to have 1,000 career kills, and is still the only Rivier player to finish with more than 1,000 kills and 1,000 assists. Yun also served as an assistant coach at Rivier for one season. He was inducted into the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Hall of Fame in 2010.
 
Yun was the New England Player of the Year for high school boys volleyball as a senior at North Quincy, and was a three-time all-conference player. He currently coaches with Club Wahine in Seattle. Yun would like to visit China with his parents to get a better understanding of their childhood and visit the village in which they grew up.
