Lindsey Calvin, who served as the second assistant coach for Seattle Pacific in 2021, is moving into the lead assistant position for the 2022 season.
A native of the central California city of Visalia, Calvin played indoor and beach volleyball at Saint Mary's, an NCAA Division I school in the West Coast Conference. On the indoor court, she was an opposite.
After graduating from Saint Mary’s in 2019 with a degree in English, Calvin played volleyball overseas for one year, first in Switzerland, then in Finland. Along with volleyball, her athletic background includes basketball and soccer. In June 2022, she graduated from the University of Washington with her education-focused master’s degree in athletic leadership.
In addition to her on-court coaching with the Falcons, Calvin also does a considerable amount of work with the team's statistics.
Along with volleyball, Calvin also has played basketball and soccer. When not coaching, she enjoys having a cup of coffee while reading a good book.
