BILLINGS, Mont. – The Seattle Pacific University women's volleyball team picked up a Great Northwest Athletic Conference victory on the road over Montana State University Billings 3-1 (25-18, 20-25, 25-18, 25-18) on Saturday afternoon.
FROM THE COACH
"Any GNAC win on the road is tough to come by, and we are happy that we were able to compete hard and come away with that result," head coach
Jason Rhine said. "Billings served tough and gave us trouble in several rotations. Several players had to work through some frustration with the results of some of the points in set one and two, especially. But the team was able to stay more consistent in sets three and four and pull out the win."
"Offensively, Audra had a big day for us, and defensively, Christina really locked in during the last couple of sets and limited the ability of Billings to score," Rhine added.
