Falcons Gobble up Nighthawks in Four

NAMPA, Idaho – The Seattle Pacific University women's volleyball team beat Northwest Nazarene 3-1 (25-27, 25-17, 25-21, 25-20) on the road on Saturday afternoon, led by 19 kills, 11 digs, and two aces from Megan Omlid.

FROM THE COACH
"The team did an impressive job of bouncing back after Thursday's loss and playing to our strengths," head coach Jason Rhine said. "That started with the aggressive serving, which created aces as well as transition opportunities. Our middles, especially, got going early on, and that opened up opportunities for our outside hitters later on. The right sides did a great job blocking and holding NNUs' outsides to only a few kills. We are excited to be back at home for two weeks of matches and to have a little time to recover from the travel before next Saturday's game."
