Falcons Complete Back-to-Back Sweeps with Win over Saints

SEATTLE – The Seattle Pacific University women's volleyball team picked up its second consecutive sweep of a Great Northwest Athletic Conference opponent on Thursday night, taking care of Saint Martin's in straight sets (25-22, 25-19, 25-23) on their home floor inside Royal Brougham Pavilion.

FROM THE COACH
"Super fun to get a 3-0 win at home, especially against a team we weren't able to beat at their place earlier this season," head coach Jason Rhine said. "I think it shows the work the team has been putting in and the consistency they are starting to develop on the court. The team was especially solid at the end of each set, which allowed us to pull out close victories in sets one and three."

"Christina really led the way on defense with a high dig count and also covering and receiving serve well," Rhine added. "Our setters ran an efficient offense which took advantage of the match ups we had on the outside, where Joslyn and Megan had huge nights for us as well."
