Seven Falcons Lead GNAC All-Academic Team

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Great Northwest Athletic Conference announced its Men's Basketball All-Academic team on Wednesday morning, featuring seven Seattle Pacific University student-athletes, the most of any school in the conference.

The Falcons made up seven of the 25 selections to the GNAC All-Academic Team. Trace Evans is one of five players earning honors for the second time. Logan Kinloch touts the highest grade point average on the GNAC All-Academic Team. Kinloch owns a 3.97 while studying business administration.

"We're extremely proud of all of our players effort in the classroom," head coach Keffrey Fazio said. "This is a testament to each of them and their dedication to their studies. In our program, we want to win on the court, and we want to win in the classroom. Our program has a history of being one of the best if not the best academic men's basketball teams and each year we take that challenge very seriously. The result of having seven members nominated for academic honors shows that importance."

To qualify for academic all-conference, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20, must be in at least their second season competing for their team and must have competed on the field during the 2024-25 campaign.
