"After a great home stand by our guys, we hit the road for the last time in conference play," head coach
Keffrey Fazio said. "At this point of the season, second time through everybody knows everybody and it's about being resilient and having the right mindset on the road to go scratch and claw and find a way to win. Both games this week are going to be challenging as everybody's trying to qualify for the conference tournament. We'll have a great week of prep, and we'll go try to play some good basketball on the road and hopefully come out with some victories."
ABOUT THE FALCONS
- The Falcons extended their current winning streak to three games after picking up two wins last weekend.
- Four players scored in double-figures against Simon Fraser last Thrusday, leading the Falcons to an 81-70 victory.
- Trace Evans and Henry Sandberg led the Falcons with 16 points each.
- Evans added four rebounds and five assists for the Falcons.
- Sandberg made the most of his opportunities at the free throw line, going 9-for-10.
- Grant Coleman finished with 13 points while going 5-for-7 from the field with three 3-pointers.
- Connor Drinkwine scored 12 points on five field goals.
- Theo McMillan had a hand in everything for the Falcons, scoring eight points while grabbing a game-high 10 rebounds and a game-high seven assists.
- McMillan was the hero for the Falcons last Saturday when hit a turnaround floater in the final moments against Western Washington that gave the Falcons a 78-76 win over the Vikings.
- Evans led the Falcons with 19 points on 8-for-17 shooting with five rebounds and two assists.
- McMillan recorded 12 points, including the game-winning shot, and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds with three assists.
- It was the third time in four games that McMillan has grabbed 10 or more rebounds for the Falcons.
- Brant Heppner finished with 12 points and had seven rebounds.
- Sandberg and Coleman had 10 points each.
- Sandberg went 4-for-6 from the field, while Coleman made three 3-pointers.
- The Falcons lead the GNAC in field goal percentage, making 49.2 percent of their attempts this season.
- They also lead the league in 3-point field goal percentage, shooting 40.3 percent from 3-point range.
- Evans leads the Falcons in scoring with 13.7 points per game, while Julian Mora is averaging 13.5 points per game.
- McMillan leads the Falcons and ranks fourth in the conference in rebounding with 6.8 per game.
- He ranks sixth in the conference in field goal percentage by shooting 53.8 percent from the floor.
- McMillan leads the conference in assists with 5.7 per game.

"This travel week is always challenging," head coach
Karen Byers said. "Not only do we fly, but you also have a bus ride, and both teams are very talented. Our defense will need to travel with us. In both games, we will need to win the rebounding stat line and stop their main shooters. I look forward to the challenge."
ABOUT THE FALCONS
- The Falcons fell to Western Oregon 75-64 last Thursday night.
- Grace Turley led the Falcons with 20 points while going 8-for-10 from the free throw line.
- She added six rebounds and two assists to her solid performance.
- Grace Leasure scored 13 points with five rebounds and three blocks.
- Naomi Hotchkiss provided a nice boost of the bench, scoring 12 points on 5-for-6 shooting with five rebounds.
- The Falcons dropped a game to Saint Martin's 67-47 last Saturday.
- Leasure led the Falcons with 13 points while adding four rebounds, one assist, and one block to her stat line.
- Haylie-Anne Ohta scored 12 points for the Falcons against the Saints.
- Hotchkiss grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds for the Falcons.
- Grace Mertes led the team with three assists.
- The Falcons rank third in the conference in free throw percentage, making 74.1 percent of their attempts this season.
- Leasure is shooting 48.8 percent from the field, the fifth best in the conference.

ABOUT THE FALCONS
- A handful of SPU Track & Field athletes will compete at the Husky Classic this weekend before the GNAC Championships on Feb. 16-17.
- The Falcons last competed at the UW Invite on Jan. 30-31.
- Hannah Chang took fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.70.
- She ran an 8.66 earlier in the day during prelims.
- Tawaf Aboudou ran a blistering 6.80 in the 60-meter dash to take second in the event.
- Teammate Robert Joshua ran a 6.94 to finish fourth in the same race.
- Aboudou finished fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 47-09.25.
- Andrew Bell (8.34) and Amare Preau (8.43) finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in the 60-meter hurdles.
- Joshua ran a 22.27 in the 200-meter dash, finishing eighth overall in the race.
- Brooke Mosby had a nice performance in the 200-meter dash, finishing in 25.31.
- Anna Prussian clocked a 5:09.63 in the mile.
- Teammate Katelyn Flolo wasn't far behind with a 5:11.89 in the same event.
- Avery Erickson turned in a solid 4:17.09 in the mile.
