SEATTLE – The United Soccer Coaches announced its Women's Soccer Scholar All-Region Teams on Wednesday morning, with Seattle Pacific's Ashlyn Valdovinos being named USC Scholar All-Region for her work on the field and in the classroom throughout the 2025 season.

"Ashlyn continues to be the epitome of the term student-athlete," head coach Abry Busey said. "She works so hard in every facet of her life, and gives all of herself to her endeavors. She is an amazing role model for all of us who get to be around her on a daily basis. Her ability to perform at such a high level in the classroom and on the soccer field is testament to her work ethic."
 
Valdovinos appeared in 19 matches and made 16 starts for the Falcons in 2025. She scored three goals, dished out three assists, and finished the year with nine points. Valdovinos scored two goals against Saint Martin's on Sept. 25. She assisted on goals in three of her final four matches of the season.

Valdovinos was selected as a First Team All-GNAC member and made an appearance on the GNAC All-Academic team for the second time. She was named to the D2 CCA West-Region and USC All-Region Second Teams. She now adds a USC Scholar All-Region honor to her long list of 2025 accolades.
