SEATTLE - College Sports Communicators announced its men's cross country and track & field Academic All-District selections on Tuesday morning, featuring five members of the Seattle Pacific University cross country and track & field teams earning recognition for their work in the classroom and in competition.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.

All five Falcons were a part of 14 Falcons that earned recognition on the Great Northwest Athletic Conference All-Academic Team in April. Flolo and Mulch made their third appearance on the GNAC All-Academic Team. Prussian was on the list for the second year in a row. Gossett and Cates made their first appearance on the GNAC All-Academic Team.

Prussian led the group in competition, with a standout performance at last fall's GNAC Cross Country Championship. She earned a ninth-place finish and was recognized as a GNAC All-Conference caliber athlete. Flolo, Mulch, Prussian, and Gossett helped the SPU women's cross country team finish second at the GNAC Championships last October. SPU's women's team's finish was the best team finish since taking third in 2019. The last time the Falcons finished second at the GNAC Championships was in 2009.
