SEATTLE – United Soccer Coaches announced its All-Region teams on Thursday morning, featuring Seattle Pacific's
Ashlyn Valdovinos and
Kayla Wallace as members of the USC All-Region Second Team.
"The recognition Ashlyn and Kayla continue to receive is awesome and well deserved," head coach
Arby Busey said. "They were huge contributors to our success this year, and we are proud of each of them. It is nice to know that other coaches took notice of their play throughout the fall and chose them to be recognized."
Valdovinos appeared in 19 matches and made 16 starts for the Falcons in 2025. She scored three goals, dished out three assists, and finished the year with nine points. Valdovinos scored two goals against Saint Martin's on Sept. 25. She assisted on goals in three of her final four matches of the season.
Valdovinos was selected as a First Team All-GNAC member and made an appearance on the GNAC All-Academic team for the second time. She was named D2 CCA West-Region Second Teamer and has added the USC All-Region Second Team nod.
Wallace had a tremendous goal-scoring season for the Falcons in 2025. Wallace started all 20 games for the Falcons, leading the team with 10 goals and 20 points scored. Wallace went on a tear over the final 10 games of the season, scoring nine of her 10 goals during that stretch. Wallace led the team with four game-winning goals this season. She had one multi-goal game, scoring twice against Central Washington on Oct. 23.
Wallace made her first appearance on the GNAC All-Conference team in 2025 as a unanimous First Team All-GNAC Selection. She was named D2 CCA West Region Second Team and is now a USC All-Region Second Team member.
